6GB RAM Variant of Redmi 9 Power will be Launched in India Soon, Price Leaked

New Redmi 9 Power with 6GB RAM variant is confirmed by Amazon.in to be coming soon. The smartphone was already launched last year in India in December. For now, it is available in two variants – 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, and 4GB RAM with 128GB storage. Recently, A new banner on the Amazon website confirms that a new variant of the Redmi 9 Power will be available in India in the upcoming days. The price for this variant has also been leaked. The Redmi 9 Power has a quad-camera setup in the rear and has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC processor. It packs a massive 6,000mAh battery as well.

Recently, A new banner on Amazon.in website confirms that the Redmi 9 Power is will arrive with a new 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant soon. Separately, another report by 91Mobiles's tipster whose name is Ishan Agarwal claims that this model should be available at the price of Rs. 12,999 in India. There is no clarity on the exact date this new variant can be available in India.

Redmi 9 Power specifications

Apart from the upcoming upgrade in RAM and storage in this phone, all the other specs of the Redmi 9 Power are likely to remain the same. Redmi 9 Power run on Android 10 OS with MIUI 12 on top and comes with a large 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,340 pixels) Dot Drop screen. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 662 SoC. The Redmi 9 Power storage can be expandable via a microSD card up to 512GB through a dedicated slot.

For photography, the Redmi 9 Power has a quad-camera setup in the rear with a 48-megapixel primary camera sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, this phone has an 8-megapixel Dot Drop camera sensor on the front.

This smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 6,000mAh big battery that supports 18W fast charging technology. Connectivity features on the Redmi 9 Power include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, infrared (IR) blaster, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
